Ingredients
500g Steggles Chicken Tenderloins
1/2 Cup Soy Sauce
1/2 Cup Holbrooks Apricot And Mango Sauce
1/2 Teaspoon Ground Ginger
Small Bamboo Skewers, Soaked
Canola Oil Spray
Instructions
Place chicken in a glass bowl, mix in soy sauce, apricot and mango sauce, and ginger. Cover and place in refrigerator to marinate for several hours overnight.
Thread two tenderloins onto each skewer, using a weaving motion.
Preheat BBQ or electric grill to medium-high and spray bars or plate lightly with oil. Place skewers in a row, from left to right and cook for 2 minutes on each side. Brush with marinade as they cook and when turned.
Once cooked, removed to a large plate and serve immediately.
