Section between the elbow and the tip of the wing. Finger food favourite, great as an appetiser, ideal for marinating and baking or roasting.
Drumsticks
Lower portion of the leg on the bone, with skin on. Marinate and roast or BBQ, for a delicious appetiser, also great in casseroles and for baking.
