Defrosting Guide

In refrigerator
Place bagged chicken on a plate and thaw in refrigerator for approx 5 hours per 500 gram weight.

In microwave
Remove chicken from bag and place in microwave safe dish. Select DEFROST for approximately 12 minutes per 500 gram weight.
Oven
   

   1. Remove chicken from bag .
   2. Cook in a preheated oven at 170°C for 35 minutes per 500 gram weight.
   3. If using seasoning, add a further 6 minutes cooking time per 100 gram of seasoning used.

Storage Instructions

Keep refrigerated. Store at 0-4°C.

   1. Keep fresh at temperatures below 4°C.
   2. Always keep raw meat separate from other foods.
   3. Always thaw frozen chicken completely before cooking.
   4. Wash hands, work surfaces and utensils thoroughly in hot soapy water before and after handling chicken.
