Bartter Steggles is led by Simon Bartter and supported by an executive team with wide experience in the poultry, manufacturing, food and business improvement sectors.

Simon Bartter – Chief Executive Officer

Simon has been with Bartter Steggles since [  ] and is responsible for management of the entire business across Australia.  Simon oversees the financial performance, sales initiatives and strategic growth strategies for the business.  Simon has been instrumental in growing the business through revenue growth and cost control.

 

Martin Searle – Director of Human Resources

Martin joined Steggles during 2007 and is responsible for human resources, occupational health and safety and internal and external communication for Steggles.  Prior to joining Steggles, Martin spent almost ten years at SAI Global in various roles including General Manager, Professional Services and Business Excellence (Asia Pacific).  Prior to that he was Senior Consultant of INFOHRM Pty Ltd.  He held senior roles within the RTA (NSW), as Manager, Human Resources Strategy and Performance and Corporate Planner.

Rod Hodgins – Director of Sales

Rod joined Steggles in 2006 and is responsible for the sales and marketing direction of Steggles Poultry.  This includes managing the pricing and supply of fresh and FVA products, sales team performance across Australia as well as managing key customer relationships.

Prior to joining Steggles, Rod was a Sales Director for Masterfoods Australia and prior to that had held senior sales and marketing positions across the Snackfood, Petfood and Food businesses for Mars Inc.  Rod has over 20 years experience in corporate sales in the food, manufacturing and consumer goods sector.

Mark Wray – Chief Financial Officer

Mark joined Steggles in 2005 and is responsible for the overall management of Steggles’ financial reporting, monitoring performance against financial plans, treasury, shared services, information technology, strategic procurement and legal.

Prior to joining Steggles, Mark spent seven years at James Hardie Industries.  Over this period, he held roles as Vice-President of Finance Asia and his most recent role was Finance Director of Australia/New Zealand.  Prior to that he held commercial, tax and property roles with Wesfarmers and was Financial Controller at Axiom Funds Management.
