Microwave (850 watt)
REMOVE OUTER BAG. COOK CHICKEN IN INNER BAG. Cooks golden brown in the microwave in 36 minutes*
Place chicken in microwave safe dish with centre seam of inner bag facing upwards.
Cook on high for approximately 10 minutes per 500 gram weights in the bag in the microwave or oven.

Conventional Oven
 REMOVE OUTER BAG. COOK CHICKEN IN INNER BAG.
Preheat conventional oven to 180°C.
Place chicken on baking tray with centre seam of inner bag facing upwards.
Cook for 25-30 minutes per 500 gram weight.

CAUTION! STEAM HAZARD CENTRE SEAM OPENS DURING COOKING. TAKE CARE WHEN REMOVING COOKED CHICKEN FROM THE BAG.
