Cooking Instructions

Oven
    Preheat Oven to 180°C. Cook for 25-30mins turning once.
Grill
    Cook for 10-12mins each side over a low to medium heat.
BBQ

Storage Instructions

Keep Refrigerated. Store between 0°C - 4°C

Handling Chicken Safely
1. Keep fresh at temperatures below 4°C
2. Always keep raw meat separate from other foods
3. Always thaw frozen chicken completely before cooking
4. Wash hands, work surfaces and utensils thoroughly in hot soapy water before and after handling chicken
5. Always cook thoroughly
    Cook for 8-10mins each side over a medium heat.
