Sticky Chicken Wings

Ingredients
1.5kg chicken wings
Black pepper to taste
1 cup honey
1/2 cup soy sauce
2 Tbs vegetable oil
2 Tbs tomato sauce
1/2 garlic clove minced

Instructions
Combine sauce ingredients and mix well. Place wings in a baking dish and pour sauce over. Stir wings and ensure they are all covered with the honey soy mixture. Cover loosely with foil and bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes. Remove foil and back for a further 10 minutes or until wings are properly cooked.
