Cooking Instructions
Cooking Guide - 1kg Breast Roast
Conventional Oven
1. Preheat conventional oven to 180ºC.
2. Remove plastic covering from foil tray and replace with foil covering.
3. Place onto baking tray and into preheated oven. Cook for 1 hour.
4. Remove foil covering and continue cooking for further 30 minutes to allow roast to brown.
5. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
6. Take roast from tray, carve and serve.
Fan Forced Oven
1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180ºC.
2. Remove plastic covering from foil tray and replace with foil covering.
3. Place onto baking tray and into preheated oven.
4. Cook for 45 minutes. Remove foil covering and continue cooking for further 30 minutes to allow roast to brown.
5. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes.
6. Take roast from tray, carve and serve.

Storage Conditions
Keep frozen. Store at or below -18ºC.
