Turkey Thigh (76%), Water, Thickeners (1414) [from Tapioca], Soy Protein, Salt, Mineral Salts (450, 451, 452), Dextrose [from Maize], Vegetable Gum (407), Hydrolysed Maize Protein, Herbs, Spices, Flavour.

Ingredients containing Wheat, Soy, Milk, Egg, Honey, Nuts, Sesame Seeds, and Sulphites are used in the processing facility where this product was produced.

 Cooking Guide – 1kg Turkey Thigh Roast
Conventional Oven   

   1. Preheat conventional oven to 180ºC.
   2. Leaving roast in netted sleeve, place onto baking tray and into preheat oven.
   3. Cook for 1 hour 45 minutes.
   4. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before removing roast from netted sleeve.
   5. Carve and serve.

Fan Forced Oven

   1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180ºC.
   2. Leaving roast in netted sleeve, place onto baking tray and into preheated oven.
   3. Cook for 1 hour 30 minutes.
   4. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes, before removing roast from netted sleeve.
   5. Carve and serve.

Cooking Guide – 2kg Turkey Thigh Roast
Conventional Oven  

   1. Preheat conventional oven to 180ºC.
   2. Leaving roast in netted sleeve, place onto baking tray and into preheat oven.
   3. Cook for 2 hours and 15 minutes.
   4. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes before removing roast from netted sleeve.
   5. Carve and serve.

   1. Preheat fan forced oven to 180ºC.
   2. Leaving roast in netted sleeve, place onto baking tray and into preheated oven.
   3. Cook for 2 hours.
   4. Remove from oven and allow to rest for 10-15 minutes, before removing roast from netted sleeve.
   5. Carve and serve.

Storage Conditions


Keep frozen. Store at or below -18ºC.
Do not refreeze.
