Turkey with Hokkein Noodles

Ingredients
300g-400g cooked Steggles Thigh Fillet Turkey Roast
500g Hokkein Noodles
1 head of broccoli, cut into florets
½ bunch coriander, chopped
1 tablespoon oil
1 tablespoon sesame seeds
Soy Ginger Glaze
½ cup light soy sauce
1 cup water of chicken stock
½ cup palm sugar or brown sugar
1 knob of garlic, sliced
1 clove garlic, sliced
½ bunch shallots, chopped
Instructions
Cook the noodles and the broccoli florets in salted boiling eater for 3 minutes.
Serve with roasted cooked Steggles Thigh Turkey Roast and spoon out the soy ginger glaze.
Soy Ginger Glaze
Put all the ingredients in a saucepan and bring to the boil.
Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes.
Strain and keep warm ready to serve.
